The Gold Cup 2023 is the top men's competition for national teams from North and Central America and the Caribbean, including the United States, Mexico, and Canada.
It will kick off from 24 June 2023 to 16 July 2023. The United States is the defending champion and won the 2021 CONCACAF Gold Cup.
Thirteen teams are in (including the invited side Qatar) based on their performances in the 2022-23 Concacaf national league and were drawn into six one-off ties, with the winners proceeding to three finals.
The teams coming out on top in those finals would take the last three spots at the tournaments.

The first round of the Copa Oro 2023 Gold Cup will conclude on July 2 at Bank of America Stadium located in Charlotte against Nicaragua.
The United States has never failed to make the Gold Cup knockouts. Suppose the US team finishes first or second in Group A, they will play a quarterfinal against Canada, Cuba, or a preliminary round winner on July 9 at TQL stadium based in Cincinnati.

Copa Oro 2023 Venues
Concacaf announced on 19 June the 14 metropolitan areas and 15 stadiums that will host 2023 Concacaf Gold Cup matches.
Among 15 final Copa Oro 2023 stadiums, eight MLS stadiums include newly built soccer grounds City Park and TQL stadium.
The Concacaf gold cup will run from 25 June 2023 to 17 July 2023. The final of the Copa Oro tournament is to be played at SoFi Stadium, the home of NFL's Los Angeles Rams and Los Angeles Chargers.
Furthermore, the month-long soccer tournament completes a slate of continental soccer this summer as the CONCACAF final takes place June 4 and the Concacaf Nations League finals were played from June 15-18 in Las Vegas.
The tournament is held every two years; the Gold Cup was last won in 2021 by the US men's national team over Mexico.

Teams will be divided into four groups: A, B, C, and D, with all 24 group stage matches being played at various Copa Oro 2023 venues across the US and Canada. The top two teams from each group will advance to the knockout round, with the quarter-finals in Cincinnati and Arlington.
The United States and Canada will jointly host the tournament for the second time, with matches being played in 14 host cities - 13 in the US and one in Canada.
