Mark Followill

Mark Followill is a sports commentator and announcer best known for his work with the basketball team Dallas Mavericks. He's been with the Mavericks for a long time now.

He has also worked in soccer broadcasting. He has worked as a play-by-play commentator for the Major League Soccer team FC Dallas.

Followill has been the Dallas Mavericks' television play-by-play announcer since 2005. In 2014, he and commentator Derek Harper earned a Lone Star Emmy for their work on Mavericks broadcasts.

From 2001 until 2005, Followill was the Mavericks' radio play-by-play announcer on 103.3 ESPN Radio.

In 2002, he won the Katie Award for Best Play-by-Play Sportscast, and in 2004 and 2005, he managed to win the Texas Associated Press Award for Best Play-by-Play Broadcast award.

Brian Dameris

Brian Dameris is the Dallas Mavericks' former director of basketball and is currently the studio analyst or expert for the Mavs Television broadcasts that come on Bally Sports Southwest.

He has hosted the Ticket's Mavs Postgame show for more than 7 years and he also is a writer for the Mavericks for Strong Side.

He can also be seen on a podcast named Take Dat with You, along with Mark Followill.

When Arnold joined the broadcast crew in 1996 as a Fox Sports South West commentator, his tenure with the Mavericks began officially.

He made the move to become the game night host in 2005, and he has been passionate about the role ever since.
