Both the dunks off one and two have the same requirements with only the vertical leap being the difference.
The minimum height requirement for both packages is also the same and the Pro Contact Dunks Off Two will give you a strong finish and is best for the slashers with a high strength score.

The name of the package sounds similar but is slightly different. It is best suited for players who are agile and athletic, and who prefer to go around contact rather than through it.
Small Contact Dunks Off One

This package gives the player the ability to keep the ball out of reach of defenders whilst maintaining their speed and momentum.
Small Contact Dunks Off Two
- Vertical leap - 85+
This package has the same requirements as Off One and is suitable for players who start their drive from the corner as it features some unique baseline dunks.
Elite Contact Dunks Off One

This is also one of the best dunk packages that the game offers due to the nature of the package. The best feature of this package is that it is fast and is played above the rim.
This means that the chances of the dunk being blocked are very rare and also have the ability to protect the ball.

In comparison to the Off One package, it is considered a downgrade as it is a bit slower but does the same trick of protecting the ball, and blocking the move is almost impossible.

How To Do A Dunk Contest In NBA 2K23
In order to perform a dunk during a dunk contest in NBA 2K23, you will need to do the following:
- Choose your starting point and make a run toward the rim holding RT (Xbox) or R2 (PlayStation)
- Then tap Y (Xbox) or Triangle (PS) to toss the ball up.
- Hold or move the right joystick toward the desired direction of your dunk.
- Press X (Xbox) or Square (PS) and let go of the joystick when the dunk meter is full to complete the dunk.
The dunk contest controls and the regular dunk controls are not the same. Keep in mind that during dunk contests, you need to choose a player with a good dunk rating.
The dunks will be judged based on the timing and execution of the dunks. Choosing the right dunks is very important as well as when you want to perform it. A high-difficulty dunk will be what the judges will be looking for.
You have to choose whether you give your best shot at the beginning or slowly build momentum. Creative and flashy dunks will reward you with higher points when being judged.
