The British apparel brand Gym Shark has become a successful company creating and distributing its own range of fitness wear since 2012.

Whilst promoting their business via social media in the form of photos and videos, they often depict some of the best athletes in the world. The Gymshark athletes salary can range up to $100,000 per year which has been a major boost for the influencers. 

The training videos, display of achievements, and other similar buildups from these eminent fitness enthusiasts not only increase the company sales but also serves as an inspiration for others.

Francis Ngannou - Mixed Martial Artist

Francis Ngannou signed a Gymshark sponsorship deal in March 2021. Ngannou is a professional mixed martial artist nicknamed The Predator.

The Cameroonian-French athlete defeated Stipe Miocic via second-round knockout to become UFC heavyweight champion in March 2021, the same day marked the announcement of Francis's deal with Gymshark.

Ngannou aims to build a long-term partnership with the company. Gym Shark has also helped the Francis Ngannou Foundation in return.

Regarding the sponsorship with the brand, Francis stated that dealing with Gymshark is an accomplishment for him and hopes to inspire others.

He began competing in mixed martial arts in 2013 with the French promotion 100% Fight and followed it with regional promotions in Europe.

Competing at the Ultimate Fighting Championship, Francis marked his debut with a scintillating second-round win against Luis Henrique in 2015.

Hellah Sidibe - Runner

Hellah Sidibe signed an endorsement deal with Gymshark in 2019. Hellah is a run streaker who has sprinted across the United States since 2017.

Furthermore, the Mali-born is a former soccer player as well. From a young age, he was interested in soccer and played at DeKalb High School in Illinois and then played at the University of Massachusetts. 

Hellah became popular as a fitness enthusiast running across the US.

Sidibie decided to make his career running in 2017 and set a goal to run every day for two weeks. After that, he thought that he can do it and started filming his daily run on his YouTube Channel. 

Hellah ran from California to New York in 84 days and across 14 states in 2021 for the nonprofit organization Soles4Souls. He has been running continuously since 15 May 2107, always outside and for at least two kilometers.

Katie Tayor - Boxer

Katie is one of the best athletes of her generation who carried the Irish flag at the opening ceremony of the 2012 Summer Olympics in London.

She signed a sponsorship deal with Gymshark in 2019. Taylor is not only the two-weight world boxing champion but a former footballer as well.

As a professional boxer, she is currently Olympic and United Female World Championship and has won five gold medals at the Women's World Championship and six times at European Championships.

With Katie signed with the British apparel, the partnership director of the company Calum Watson stated that the Irish boxer has spent her whole life battling and winning against hardship both inside and outside the ring. 

Kudos to her passion to make a difference and dedication to passing her sports on to the next generation, she has been a very good fit for the company as an ambassador.

Ryan Garcia - Boxer

Ryan Garcia signed a sponsorship deal with Gymshark in 2018. Ryan is a professional boxer who earned WBC Interim lightweight title in 2021. 

During his comeback fight in 2022, Gymshark created a stylish dress for Ryan Garcia, with the help of London-based embroidery studio Hand & Lock.

They made a tracksuit that is fit for boxing royalty with his daughter's name written on each cuff. Furthermore, there was also the dedication to his grandmother in his own handwriting above his heart. 

Ryan's started his professional boxing career at the age of 17 in 2016 fighting against Edgar Meza and winning the match by TKO. As of May 2023, The Ring magazine, BoxRec, and the Transnational Boxing Ranking Boards listed him as the fourth-best active lightweight in the world. 

Steve Cook - BodyBuilder

Steve Cook is a professional bodybuilder who won the Naturally Bodybuilding championship hosted by the NPC Iron Man magazine. 

Having started his bodybuilding career in 2010, Cook is also the two-time Mr. Olympia top 10 finisher. He is well-known for his physique, dedication to fitness, and relationship with the clothing apparel company Gymshark.

Steve has competed in many events and finished fifth in the heavyweight division in the 2010 NPC USA Championship. Furthermore, has won IFBB Championship twice and coached on season 18 of the Biggest Loser on USA Network.

Cook is currently married to a fellow Gynshark athlete Morgan Rose-Maroney. They were dating since 2019 and since the knot three years later.

Chris Bumstead - BodyBuilder

Chris Bumstead is an IFBB professional Canadian bodybuilder. Bumstead signed a sponsorship deal with Gymshark in 2019.

He started weightlifting at the age of 14 and he was involved in many sports during high school like basketball, football, hockey, and baseball.

As Bumstead was interested in sports since a young age, he began weightlifting in his freshman year of high school. He made his professional debut in 2014 when he was just 19 years old.

Noah Ohlsen - CrossFit

Noah Ohlsen signed a sponsorship deal with Gymshark in 2021 during his CrossFit games semifinal events. Noah is an American CrossFit athlete. 

Ohlsen started his career at the age of 19 and made his CrossFit debut placing in 8th position at the age of 23. He has participated in many competitions over the years and placed in the top 10 and his finest performance was in 2019 placing second at the CrossFit game.

In addition to his CrossFit career, Noah is also a well-known fitness influencer who shares his training videos and diet advice with his followers on his social media account. Noah also owns online coaching where he helps people in achieving their fitness objectives. 

For his phenomenal accomplishments many media has praised him and Men's Health listed him as one of the 'Fittest Men on Earth' in 2019. 

Matt Ogus - BodyBuilder

Matt Ogus is a bodybuilder and a fitness influencer popular with the nickname Flex For All. Matt has been a Gymshark athlete since 2013.

He shares fitness tips, workout videos, and nutrition tips on his youtube channel. As he shared fitness tips, he gained a lot of followers and became a well-known figure in the fitness industry. He started lifting weights at the age of 16 and got interested in bodybuilding.

After the deal with Gymshark, their partnership helped to boost Ogus' high profile which allowed him to continue pursuing his passion for fitness.

Ryan Terry - BodyBuilder

Ryan Terry started his career in 2010 competing in the British Bodybuilding Championship. He won the IFBB men's physique pro card in 2014. 

He has also been featured in fitness magazines and advertisements and also modeled for many renowned brands. Ryan has been a proud ambassador the Gymshak apparel.

Nathaniel Massiah - Powerlifter

The British powerlifter signed a sponsorship deal with Gymshark in 2020. He recently earned the second position in the 2022 British University Championship.

When Massiah was five years old, he found bodybuilding magazines from the 90s which quickly drew his interest in bodybuilding. Moreover, he also started watching a fitness YouTube channel. 

Nathaniel started seriously weight training and decided to commit to bodybuilding and powerlifting. He started his own YouTube channel and uploaded content including hair styling and fitness tips. 

While Gymshark dropping athletes like Darren Till and David Laid had recently made the news, Massiah continues to represent the apparel company strongly.
