10 Taylormade Sponsored Golfers To Watch In 2023

Tiger Woods signed a multi-year equipment contract deal with Taylormade in 2017. Tiger uses Taylormade's driver, irons. wedges and fairway woods.

The deal also called Woods to collaborate with Taylormade's club engineers on the creation of a new customized iron model.

Signing with the Taylormade, Tiger stated that he is proud to join the family. He had clubs from every brand that sent him to test and when it came to making a final decision to choose the brand he chose Taylormade.  

After Woods joined the company, Taylormade CEO David Abeles stated that "His impact on the game of golf is undeniable and we are honored to have him as part of our team."

Woods has won the competition using a number of TaylorMade equipment. Apart from his endorsement deal with Taylormade, he has been associated with many other brands. 

He signed a deal with Bridgestone golf, Rolex, Nike, and Monster Energy. Tiger replaced his M3 fairway wood and his P7TW three-iron with a Taylormade P770 two and three-iron for the 2022 PGA Championship.

Tiger is recognized as one of the best golfers and most famous players in modern history. In the 2000–2001 seasons, he became the only player to win all four of the professional-only major championships in consecutive seasons.

He has many golf records and has been awarded as a PGA player of the year 11 times. Tiger has won 18 World Golf Championships and was named a Presidential Medal of Freedom by Donald Trump. 

Rickie Flower signed a multi-year sponsorship deal with Taylormade in 2019. Rickie agreed to play Taylormade golf balls and gloves. 

He has never changed golf balls before; he has used a Titleist Pro V1 throughout his whole collegiate and professional career. However, he signed in with a multi-year contract with TaylorMade.

As he sign in with the company he used the Taylormade TP5x golf ball for the first time as he had never used a different brand ball. He has been loyal to all of his sponsorship since he became a professional. 

According to TaylorMade, Fowler will use TP5x golf balls because they launch higher on iron shots and have a slightly harder feel than TP5s. Along with the ball, he will also wear gloves.

The CEO of the company stated that Rickie is one of the greatest players in the game and his decision to come on Taylormade and play TP5x golf ball further reinforces their belief that they will make a best-performing product. 

He reached a career-high fourth position after winning the ABU Dhabi HSBC Golf tournaments in 2016. Fowler also participated in the 2019 President Cup at the Royal Melbourne golf club in Australia. 

He had his first top-10 finish since the 2020 Sentry Tournament of Champions by placing eighth in the 2021 PGA Championship.

Fowler competed on the Eisenhower Trophy team in October 2008 and came in second place. He won Ben Hogard award.

He also made his second and final participation in the Walker Cup in 2009 and won in each of the four games he participated in. 

Nelly Korda signed a multi-year sponsorship deal with Taylormade in 2023. Nelly was linked with Titleist before signing in with Taylormade. 

As part of the multi-year contract, Korda will use a variety of TaylorMade clubs and its TP5 ball and wear headgear with the TaylorMade logo. She will also carry a staff bag with the company's logo.

Signing with the company she stated that she signed with Taylormade because of their proven ability to elevate the game of the best golfers in the world.  

In the company statement, she said that in testing with the tour team, it was clear that not only she was working with the equipment but also the team that shared her passion for working to be in the best position to win. 

The company CEO stated that Nelly sets a standard of excellence that they are motivated to match by putting the highest-performing equipment possible in her hand each week she competes. 

TaylorMade claims that Korda prefers the draw-bias HD driver because it fits her desired shot shape off the tee. She got the height she wanted with the larger iron due to the P770s, and she got reliable distance control from the short irons because of the P7MCs.

She used Taylormade equipment in the Hilton Grand Vacations tournaments of Champions at Lake Nona.  

Apart from Taylormade, she signed in with Nike also. She reveal her contract deal with Nike through her Instagram account on January 4, 2023. 

Her deal with Nike is the brand's biggest women's golf partnership. Nelly plays on the LPGA tour and reached number one in the Women's World Golf Rankings.

She won the Olympic gold medal in the 2020 summer Olympics in Tokyo, Japan.

Rory Mcllory signed a ten-year sponsorship deal with Taylormade in 2017. Rory signed a deal worth $100 million with Taylormade. 

He extended his deal with Taylormade in 2022. McIlroy is one of four Team TaylorMade players who are currently ranked in the top 10 of the Official World Golf Ranking.

Since joining TaylorMade, McIlroy has won seven times, including the Tour Championship, Players Championship, WGC-HSBC Champions, and the 2019 PGA Tour Player of the Year honor.

Rory stated that over the last several years he had the chance to work with the best equipment company in golf. He is excited to announce that Taylormade clubs and balls will stay in his bags for many years. 

As, Rory extended his contract with the company the CEO stated that over the past five years, the company has been able to advance product innovation and put the best possible equipment in his bag.

His decision to continue to put his trust in the company has inspired them to push the limit of the performance even further. He also signed ten years $200  million contract deal with Nike.

Mcllory has a total of four major championships, two FedExCups, and 20 PGA Tour victories.  He has been named twice as the RTE Sports person of the year in 2011 and 2014.

He set the record for the youngest player to earn €10 million on the European Tour at the age of 22.  In 2021, Rory won the Wells Frago Championship at Quai Hollow Club in Charlotte, North Carolina. 

Scottie Scheffler has signed a multi-year deal with Taylormade in 2022. Scheffler placed the TaylorMade Stealth Plus in the hole at his opening 2022 start at the American Express.

Signing a deal with the Taylormade he stated that the Taylormade equipment has been integral in his career for many years, and he couldn’t be more excited to formally be a part of their roster of elite golfers. 

According to TaylorMade, Scheffler will continue to use his winning combination of a Stealth Plus driver and P-7TW irons.

He has been using TaylorMade irons since he joined the PGA TOUR. He used TaylorMade's P730 irons throughout his debut season.

In 2021 at American Express, he switched to the company's P-7TW irons, which he has been using ever since. Throughout his two PGA TOUR victories, Scheffler has used the TaylorMade Stealth Plus driver.

As he joined the company the CEO of the company stated "We're humbled that Scottie chose to commit his equipment future to the team Taylormade.  

Scheffler started the 2022 Tour Championship in first place with a 2-stroke advantage in the opening strokes format as the leader in the FedEx Cup standings. 

He won his championship at the WM Phoenix Open in February 2023. He defeated Nick Taylor by two strokes with a final-round score of 6-under 65.

Scheffler maintained the top spot in the Official World Golf Ranking with the victorious win at WM Phoenix Open.

Matthew Wolff signed a multi-year sponsorship deal with Taylormade in 2019. Matthew will use TaylorMade's metal woods, irons, wedges, putter, and its iconic TP5x golf ball.

He teamed up with Taylormade after announcing that he will continue his final two seasons at Oklahoma State to turn professional.

However, he was already using the Taylormade equipment; it appears that he only made one modification to his usual set-up by switching his M5 driver with M6.

Wolff, who is renowned for his distinctive and easily recognizable swing and incredible distance off the tee, carries great expectations for his professional debut, 

He made his PGA TOUR debut as an amateur at the 2019 Waste Management Phoenix Open.

 Matthew won the individual championship in the NCAA Championship in 2019 and was awarded with the Jack Nicklaus Trophy and Fred Haskins Award.

Matthew joins a group of professionals on the TaylorMade Tour that are regarded as the best in the company. He joins Dustin Johnson, Rory McIlroy, Jason Day, Jon Rahm, and Tiger Woods. 

In 2020 he finished fourth at the PGA Championship. Wolff earned his first PGA tour in 2019 at the 3M Open at TPC Twin Cities in Blaine Minnesota.

Wolff finished his outstanding collegiate career with an NCAA Individual title. As a sophomore, he won a school-record six times and had the lowest scoring average in the history of college golf at 68.7.

He joined LIV golf in 2022 and recorded three top-10s since his LIV golf debut. 

Tommy Fleetwood signed in a multi-year sponsorship deal with Taylormade in 2021. Tommy began his season playing with Taylormade driver, fairway woods, irons, and TP5x ball. 

He has been playing with the Taylormade prototype irons since 2019. Also, he has played a variety of TaylorMade metalwoods after becoming a free agent. 

Tommy made his professional debut in Abu Dhabi in 2021 and as a part of an agreement he used Taylormade's golf clubs and ball. He used 2021 TP5X balls, P7TF Proto irons, and SIM2 woods. 

Before Taylormade, he was linked with Nike and after he ended his deal with Nike he accepted equipment free agency with Taylormade.

When Tiger Woods became the 15-time major champion, Fleetwood began using the P7TW. The company's CEO David Abeles stated that Tommy is a premier golfer, but he's an even better person. 

Joining the company, Fleetwood stated that "This could be the start of something special. I have a feeling there are some exciting times ahead and I couldn't be happier to join team Taylormade.

He was down to his last set of Nike VR Pro Blades in 2018 and 2019, and Fleetwood quickly switched to the P7TW. Fleetwood who is regarded as one of the best ball strikers in the game uses Taylormade clubs and the brand's TP5 golf balls.

He turned professional in 2010 and has amassed three top 5 finishes in major championships. Tommy is a  runner-up at the 2018 US Open. 

In 2017, he won a European tour event at Abu Dhabi HSBC golf championship. Fleetwood played in the 2021 Ryder Cup at Whistling Straits in Kohler, Wisconsin, in September 2021 as a member of the European team.

He won the Nedbank Golf Challenge at the Gary Player Country Club in South Africa in November 2022. 

Brooke Henderson signed a full club deal with Taylormade in 2023. Brooke is a Canadian professional golfer who plays on the LPGA tour. 

She will have a full 14 TaylorMade clubs configuration in her bag as she signed on with the company, including the TP5x golf ball she used during the 2022 season.

Brooke became the first player to switch from a golf ball arrangement that only included TaylorMade to one that included a whole bag of TaylorMade clubs.

She was glowing in her admiration for her new sponsor following her victory at the Hilton Grand Vacations Tournament of Champions. 

The company CEO stated that "Brooke is a terrific athlete and one of the fiercest competitors in the game and we are excited to see her continue to excel on the course while representing Taylormade."

Before Taylormade, she signed in with Ping and after signing with Taylormade, she use a Taylormade Stealth 2 hybrid with 22 degrees of loft.

She also has TaylorMade P790 irons, from five iron to pitching wedges. Henderson then carries three 50, 54, and 60-degree loft TaylorMade Milled Grind 3 wedges.

Brooke won her eighth career tournament in the Meijer LPGA Classic, making her the most successful Canadian golfer to compete on the PGA and LPGA Tours in 2019. 4

She has won four additional times on the LPGA, including her second Major championship at the 2022 Amundi Evian Tournament.

Henderson is a 12-time LPGA Tour champion and she is one of the sport's top players and is presently rated No. 7 in the world.

She amassed two victories and 10 top-10 results after switching to Taylormade's TP5x ball. 

Collin Morikawa signed a multi-year sponsorship deal with Taylormade in 2019. Collin extended his contract with Taylormade in 2022.

As, he extended his deal he stated that Taylormade has been his entire professional career, and he is excited to continue to be a part of the e TaylorMade for many years to come. 

He has been using Taylormade since his college days. After collaborating with TaylorMade staff on a mixed set of P-Series irons he won the 2021 Open Championship. 

Morikawa switched from using TaylorMade P730 irons in his 7-iron through 9-iron to the brand's P7MC model after having trouble with his iron play at the Genesis Scottish Open.

In 2022, Collin is using his 14-degree TaylorMade SIM fairway wood with a Mitsubishi Diamana D+ 80-TX shaft, but he has switched to the Stealth Plus with the same shaft for his 19-degree fairway wood.

He also uses the same irons, a P770 4-iron, a P7MC 5-iron through 9-iron, and a P730 PW, all with True Temper Dynamic Gold X100 shafts.

Morikawa started his professional career in 2019 in RBC Canadian Open and won the PGA championship in 2020. He finished third place at the Olympic games in 2021.

He became the first American to win the Race to Dubai and also won the season-ending DP World Tour Championship, Dubai, for the European Tour. 

He played in the 2021 Ryder Cup at Whistling Straits in Kohler, Wisconsin. In the 2023 Sentry Tournament of Champions, he played the first 67 holes of the competition without making a bogey, but after that he made three straight, placing second.

Charley Hull signed in a multi-year sponsorship deal with Taylormade in 2020. Charley extended her contract with Taylormade in 2022.

She is pursuing further success as she moves on to the next phase of her career with a variety of new TaylorMade products.

Hull joins Team TaylorMade with a strong record, including five second-place results in her first five tournaments and a sixth-place finish on the tour's Order of Merit.

As she extended her contract with the Taylormade she stated that she is delighted to extend her partnership. The equipment and service she receives are unmatched and to be part of the company is always striving to produce the best performance products in golf.  

Charley used a TP5x golf ball and Stealth Plus 8.0° driver to shoot 67-64-71-64 for her second LPGA Tour victory and sixth overall. She has experienced an increase in her top-10 finishes year over year since joining Team TaylorMade.

She used to play with a three-iron but switched to a TaylorMade SIM Max hybrid. Hull uses three Milled Grind 3 versions with lofts of 50, 54, and 60 degrees for the wedges.

She become the youngest player to participate in the Solheim Cup. She won her first professional tilte in 2014. 

Charley also competed in 2012 Women's British Open. She has won a number of amateur competitions in the US and the UK.

She is placed in the top-10 of the World Amateur Golf Ranking. Hull won the prestigious CME Group Tour Championship, the LPGA Tour's season-ending event and three events on the Ladies European Tour in 2016.
