Workday Sponsored Golfers are Michelle Wie West, Brandt Snedeker, Rory McIlroy, Davis Love III, Matt Kuchar, and Matt Fitzpatrick.

Workday is a system software company founded in March 2005. Carl M. Eschenbach has been serving as the CEO since December 22, 2022.

The multi-billion worth software vendor company looks for brand ambassadors who embody their core values of innovation, integrity, and fun. 

Hence, they have chosen a number of brand ambassadors from a variety of professional sports. Workday sponsorship includes former NFL star Larry Fitzgerald, the McLaren Formula 1 Team, and the German soccer club Borussia Dortmund.

The 2023 Workday Memorial Tournament is all set to run from June 1-4 in the Muirfield Village Golf Club with a total purse of $20,000,000.

Although the software giant company looks after multiple sports, it primarily focuses on golf with six Workday Golfers sponsored in 2023. 

Michelle Wie West

Michelle Wie West is the only LPGA golfer in the current Workday partnership roster. Big Wesley recently signed the deal on May 26, 2023.

Michelle was born on October 11, 1989, as the only child of her South Korean immigrant parents. She started playing golf at four and became the youngest player to qualify for the U.S. Women's Amateur Public Links Championship at age ten, in 2000.

Wie West then turned professional at 16, signing with Nike and Sony. Her first KOGA tournament was the SBS Open at Turtle Bay.

Michelle has worn Nike for almost all of her professional career.

Since playing with LPGA, Michelle has bagged five wins on the tour. Besides her ongoing pro golf career, Michelle is a dedicated family woman.

She has been married to Jonnie West, Director of Basketball Operations for the Golden State Warriors, since August 2019. Her husband is also the son of NBA legend Jerry West. 

The couple has a daughter who was born on June 19, 2020. Apart from competitive golfing, Big Wesley also advocates for diversity and inclusion and is an entrepreneur, philanthropist, broadcaster, and podcaster. 

Brandt Snedeker

The nine-time PGA Tour winner Brandt Snedeker is best known for conquering the 2012 FedEx Cup and the 2013 RBC Canadian Open.

Snedeker has been the face of Workday since 2016. He proudly represents the company regularly wearing Workday caps on the tour matches.

Brandt achieved his best career ranking of fourth on February 10, 2013. The 42-year-old athlete has registered a total of 13 professional wins. 

Snedeker and his wife, Mandy, look after a foundation to benefit children in Tennessee. Meanwhile, they have a daughter named Lily, born in 2011, and Austin, who was born in 2012.

Rory McIlroy

Rory McIlroy has been the Workday PGA golfer since February 2022. Wee-Mac has a total of 36 professional wins, with 23 coming in the PGA.

While the two parties did not conclude the numbers involved in their partnership deal, it comes in millions of figures. As two big forces have joined hands, the sponsorship deal is a win-win for both.

Rory has won four major tournaments; the 2011 U.S. Open, 2012 PGA Championship, 2014 Open Championship, and 2014 PGA Championship.

Moreover, Bleacher Report shared that he extended his deal with Nike for further ten years in 2017, indicating that Wee-Mac has his hands full.

Besides golf, Rory is the lead partner of Symphony Ventures, a company that invests in a portfolio of wellness-focused technology companies.

Coming into the 2023 golf season, McIlroy hopes to bag more wins on his name on top of the 36 tournament wins since he turned pro in 2007.

Davis Love III

Davis Love III has been a member of the Workday golf sponsor program since 2016. The veteran linksman proudly embodies the software giant. 

Davis, who turned professional in 1985 learned the ways of golf from his father, Davis Love Jr., who was a 1964 Masters Tournament finalist.

Love III has grabbed a total of 37 professional wins so far. Out of them, 21 came on PGA Tour, one each on the Japan Tour and European Tour.

The other 15 remain equally important to his career highlights. Davis was inducted into the World Golf Hall of Fame in 2017 in recognition of his achievements and contributions to the sport.

Matt Kuchar

The nine-time winner on PGA Tour, Matt Kuchar shows active participation in talk events regarding Workday as a loyal brand ambassador.

Since turning professional in November 2000, Kuchar has won 18 professional wins so far and has also reached No.4 in the world rankings.

Matt was the leading money winner on PGA Tour in 2010.

Apart from his nine wins on the PGA Tour, Kuch has bagged each win on the Asian Tour, Japan Golf Tour, European Tour, PGA Tour of Australasia, and Korn Ferry Tour.

On top of that, he is also the winner of the 2010 Vardon Trophy and the Byron Nelson Award. Matt is originally from Winter Park, Florida.

As of 2023, he resides in St. Simons, Georgia, with his wife Sybi Parker. The couple has two sons, Cameron Cole and Carson Wright.

Apart from his partnership with the system software company, Matt is also one of the RBC Sponsored Golfers having first signed the deal in 2011.

Matt Fitzpatrick

English golfer Matt Fitzpatrick signed a multi-year endorsement deal with the global financial management software giant in January 2018.

According to the initial dealing, Fitzpatrick has to wear the Workday logo on the front of his cap in all competitions while playing on both the European and PGA Tours. He has continued representing the company to date, following the ways of the deal.

Fitzpatrick turned professional at the 2014 Irish Open and has grabbed nine professional wins so far, with 2 of them coming at the PGA Tour.

Moreover, his major triumph came at the 2022 US Open, where he defeated the likes of Zalatoris, Scheffler and Collin Morikawa to clinch the title.

Matt opened the account in 2023 as well, with his victory coming in the RBC Heritage defeating American linksman Jordan Spieth in a playoff.
