AEW Forbidden Door lineup includes Kenny Omega, Will Ospreay, Bryan Danielson, Kazuchika Okada, Sanada, Jack Perry, MJF and Hiroshi Tanahashi.
The upcoming wrestling annual PPV event scheduled for June 25 is co-produced by AEW and NJPW. Many star wrestlers will grace the arena and provide the fans with the utmost excitement.
AEW x NJPW present Forbidden Door is the second edition which was announced on 15 March 2023. Tickets went on sale on the 24th of March.
A lot of information regarding the event is still to be made public but we do have some information on our plate. The hype for the mega event is growing day by day and the fans can not wait for the biggest showcase of the year.
Forbidden Door will have many matches based on different storylines that have been created over a period of time. The feuds that have been going on between the wrestlers will be featured in the event.
AEW Forbidden Door Roster 2023
The latest roster for the upcoming PPV on June 25:

- "Jungle Boy" Jack Perry (AEW) (94-45-1 record)
- MJF (AEW) (38-13 record)

The above-mentioned performers are still subject to change but are almost certain to be present on the main night. There will be a lot of addition to the roster as we still wait for official announcements to follow very soon.
Former WWE superstars like Jon Moxley, Claudio Castagnoli, Sting, Tag-Team Champions FTR, and many more stars are expected to have matches scheduled for the night.
Furthermore, AEW Women's World Champion Toni Storm and TBS Champion Kris Standler are also expected to be part of this exciting event.
AEW Forbidden Door 2023 Complete Schedule
AEW Forbidden Door schedule is set for June 25, 2023. It will be the second edition of the pay-per-view and will start at 7:00 PM (ET).
The date for the first edition was on June 26, 2022. It is now an annual pay-per-view event for the two professional wrestling promotions.
For now, four matches are scheduled for the PPV on Sunday, June 25, with more matches expected to be announced in the coming days.
- Kenny Omega (AEW) vs Will Ospreay (NJPW)
The match is stipulated as a single match for the IWGP United States Heavyweight Championship. Kenny is the reigning champion and Osprey is the number one contender.
- Bryan Danielson (AEW) vs Kazuchika Okada (NJPW)
Bryan Danielson challenged Okada to a match and Okada responded by teasing Bryan to a match-up at Forbidden Door. On June 6, Okada accepted the challenge, and the match was made official for the PPV.
- Sanada (NJPW) vs "Jungle Boy" Jack Perry (AEW)
The match will be a singles match for the IWGP World Heavyweight Championship. Sanada is the current champion and challenged Jack to a match which the latter accepted and will have HOOK by the ringside.
- MJF (AEW) vs Hiroshi Tanahashi (NJPW)
The AEW World Championship will be on the line for the singles match and MJF is the current title holder who was challenged by Hiroshi.
The president of AEW, Tony Khan had earlier announced on April 26 that the annual Owen Hart Cup will take place at Forbidden Door.

Where Is AEW Forbidden Door?
AEW Forbidden Door 2023 event will take place at Scotiabank Arena, Toronto. The tour includes house shows along with weekly TV programs.
The most populated city in Canada will be the home of the highly awaited event and the AEW's month-long tour of the country will begin.
The Scotiabank Arena also happens to be the home of the Toronto Raptors (NBA), the Toronto Maple Leafs (NHL), and other teams as well. The arena has also hosted five UFC events in the past.
With the total number of tickets at 12,972, only 110 tickets are available with 12,862 tickets already distributed and 1,659 available in resale.
The tickets which were on sale since March can be bought on Ticketmaster and with only a handful of tickets available, a single ticket is costing about CA$ 199.75 (US$ 149.87).
The fans expect the event to be super-hit and one of the year's most significant events when the two promotions come against each other.
The event will be the first-ever PPV to be held outside of the US for both AEW and NPJW and with more than a week left for the event, the arena is expected to be full house.
The first edition was held at United Center, Chicago, Illinois, and was attended by 16,529 spectators.
