JP Dellacamera

John Paul "JP" Dellacamera is the lead announcer for the ongoing 2023 FIFA Women's World Cup. He is a veteran sports announcer and has worked with several networks covering various sports throughout his career.

He has been calling soccer games for over three decades starting from the 1980s when he was the play-by-play announcer for the Major Indoor Soccer League (MISL). He also calls during the coverage of international games.

He has also called games on radio as a lead announcer for the 2010 and 2014 World Cups. He is known for calling eight UEFA Champions League (UCL) finals and also had a role in the 1999 FIFA Women's World Cup final.

In his long career, he has been the lead announcer for WUSA national broadcasts, soccer games at the 2004 and 2008 Summer Olympics, New York Red Bulls, and Philadelphia Union.

In 2011, he joined Fox Soccer after leaving ESPN and became the lead announcer for MLS. His presence as the lead announcer at the 2022 FIFA World Cup was his ninth time and also happens to be a veteran announcer for the NHL.

Jacqui Oatley

Oatley was born in Wolverhampton, West Midland, and has been in love with soccer since a very early age. She was an amateur soccer player and had to quit the sport due to her injuries.

Her injuries led Oatley to pursue journalism and while studying, she worked as a sports reporter for BBC Radio Leeds. She gradually shifted from a reporter to an announcer and a match between Wakefield & Emley and Worksop Town marked her first instance as a announcer.

She became a full-time announcer in 2003 and covered England Women's games and became the first woman to do so on British network radio. She is also the first woman to commentate on the Match of the Day program. 

Oatley was hired by Fox Sports in 2022 as the lead announcer for the 2022 FIFA World Cup and was the first woman to do so for the US broadcast. She also calls games for the NWSL on TV.

John Strong

John serves as the lead play-by-play announcer for MLS on Fox and became a full-time announcer for the network in 2014. He also called games at both the 2018 and 2022 FIFA World Cups including the finals on both occasions. 

Strong founded Laker Broadcasting while he was in high school and his journey as an announcer started from there. After his role as a radio broadcaster, he became the lead voice for the Portland Timbers in 2010.

He regularly called games for the Europa League on Fox Soccer and moved to NBC Sports to cover the MLS after the 2012-13 season. Since joining Fox as a full-time announcer, he started with being the lead voice for the USMNT.

Kate Scott

This year's edition of the Women's World Cup marked the debut of Kate Scott as an announcer as she called her first game at the World Cup. The first woman to call an NFL game on the radio will now call matches for FOX Sports' World Cup coverage.

She is famously known as a trailblazing announcer and is the lead voice for the Philadelphia 76ers and has been an active broadcaster since 2011. She is also a renowned radio personality.

She has also called football games along with covering the NHL. She also called games for the Copa America and Gold Cup in 2021 and became the first woman to do so. She is the second woman after Lisa Byington to call games for a major men's sport.

Jenn Hildreth

Jenn has been a broadcaster since 2001 and primarily works as an announcer for soccer games. She calls games for the MLS, NWSL, and Women's World Cup.

She has been associated with Fox Sports since 2001 and first worked as a reporter. She has worked as both an announcer and a reporter for several networks in her career.

She covered the 2015 Women's World Cup as a play-by-play announcer and also covered the semifinals and also covered the 2019 World Cup. She has been calling games for the NWSL since 2015 and also the MLS since 2019 and is now part of the MLS broadcast team for Apple TV.

Aly Wagner

Wagner is a former soccer player who has two Olympic golds and two FIFA Women's World Cups to her name. She last played for the Los Angeles Sol in 2009 and announced her retirement in 2010.

She represented the USWNT from 1998-2008 and had a successful international career as a midfielder scoring 21 goals and 42 assists. After her retirement, she worked with several networks as an analyst.

She was a commentator/analyst for the 2015 Women's World Cup and also became the first woman to call a game at the FIFA Men's World Cup on US TV. She was also part of Fox Sports World Cup coverage in 2022.

Wagner is paired with lead play-by-play announcer JP Dellacamera and the duo will call every game for the United States.

Lori Lindsey

FS1 Soccer commentators will also have Lori Lindsey who will be paired with announcer Jacqui Oatley with the duo making the second pairing of the broadcast team.

The midfielder has had a long soccer career having made her debut in 1997 for the Indiana Blaze. She announced her retirement after the end of the 2014 season.

She worked as a commentator for NSWL games in 2018 and she also worked as a sideline reporter for Nashville SC in 2020. She is currently serving as an analyst for MLS Season Pass on Apple TV. 

Kyndra de St. Aubin

Kyndra first played soccer for youth teams in the Twin Cities area and later played collegiate soccer during her college years and played as a midfielder and defender. 

She has previously covered several teams of the NFL, NBA, NHL, as well as the MLB. She was also a commentator for the 2015 Women's World Cup and was paired with Jenn Hildreth. In the 2023 edition of the World Cup, she is paired with John Strong.

She was a commentator for Minnesota United of the MLS and became the first woman to do so for a MLS team. She was also an analyst for the 2022 Copa America Femenina and is currently working for the MLS season on Apple TV.

Danielle Slaton

The former defender for The Stars and Stripes from 2000-2005 will take on commentary duties alongside Kate "Trailblazing" Scott. She is currently a soccer analyst for several networks such as Apple TV, Pac-12 Network, and also Fox Sports.

She has previously worked as an analyst during the 2019 FIFA Women's World Cup and this will be her second coverage of the World Cup.

Warren Barton

Barton is also a former soccer player who is famous for playing in the Premier League for Newcastle United. The defender who has over 400 professional games will be a key asset to the broadcasting team.

The former England defender's experience as a player and coach will be instrumental to read games and will be a great partner for Jenn Hildreth. He has also worked with Fox Sports 1 as a soccer pundit. 

Fox Soccer broadcasters for the Women's World Cup coverage are FOX and FS1 where all 64 games will be aired. The team will have a studio host along with analysts.

Rob Stone who covers almost every sport is the lead studio host for the World Cup with former USMNT player Stu Holden and World Cup winner Heather Ann O'Reilly as analysts.

FS1 Soccer analysts team also welcomed Carli Loyd who was a member of the USWNT that won the 2015 and 2019 World Cups and now has taken a new role. 

She had the same role during the 2022 World Cup and this year is the first for the women's. Similar to her, former soccer players Karina LeBlanc, Arianne Hingst, and Kate Gill will all take responsibility as studio analysts.

Alexi Lalas is also a former USMNT player with a vast experience as both a player and commentator who has taken up the role of a studio analyst.

Jenny Taft on the other hand has been with Fox Sports since 2011 and is covering her fourth World Cup and will be the closest to the USWNT as she is serving the role as an insider covering the team.

FS1 Soccer tv schedule for the 2023 FIFA Women's World Cup started on July 20 and will end with the Finals on August 20 which will be held in Sydney.

The Group stage started on July 20 and will end on August 3. The Knockout stage from August 5-16 and the Third place play-off will be played on August 19.
