Jay Williams kids are Amelia Brooklyn Willaims and Zane David Willaims. Jay and Nikki welcomed their daughter on 10 October 2018.

The former basketball player works as a TV analyst these days. He shares a great rapport with fellow ESPN broadcasters including Mark Jones.

Previously known as Jason Williams, the 6 feet 2 inches tall athlete enjoyed a successful professional basketball career from 2002 to 2006.

He won the 2001 NCAA Championship with Duke University. Meanwhile, he was named NABC Player of the Year consecutively in 2001 and 2002.

Williams was drafted by the Chicago Bulls as the second overall pick in the 2002 NBA draft while Juan Dixon was the 17th overall pick.

A person of such a caliber was set back by a motorcycle accident in 2003. Jay retired in 2006 and chose the sports media to continue his career.

Jay Williams has a small family of four members which started right after his wedding with Nikki in the Brooklyn Botanic Garden.

The former Chicago Bulls guard is a proud dad to two little offspring. He has opened up about relishing the joy of fatherhood time and again.

Daughter Amelia Williams

The eldest child of the Williams household is daughter Amelia Brooklyn Rose Williams. Jay had previously posted a series of pictures and videos of Amelia, primarily her footprints on Instagram.

The NBA analyst and his partner had only announced Amelia's conception two days after they had tied the knot. They hosted a gender reveal party at Brooklyn Botanical Gardens to find out they’d be welcoming a daughter. 

Little Amelia is already a child model. She modeled for Reebok in Brooklyn, New York in August 2019.

Her other works in the same field include her time at OEUF FW'20 Campaign in January 2023. She is represented by her mom Nikki.

Jay Willaims son Zane David Williams was born on April 9, 2021. He is the youngest member of the household at the moment.

Williams took to Instagram to share the news of Zane's gender on September 2020. Amelia was seen holding blue-colored balloons to indicate that the next baby is going to be a boy.

Jay came live on his social media handles after the delivery of his son and expressed the ecstasy of being a father for the second time.

He had introduced the little one confirming his birth time at 7:11 pm. Zane has also made frequent appearances on Jay's Instagram posts.

Jay Williams Wife Played Soccer

Jay Williams married Nikki Bonacorsi on 3rd May 2018 after years of dating. Nikki is a professional sales and marketing expert.

She graduated from Indiana University as a college athlete in 2008. She played soccer and was an NCAA 1st and 2nd Round Qualifier at the University of Louisville and Indiana University.

Bonacorsi had also made it to the Dean’s List honor recipient and scholarship athlete quota. She later graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Business as a Marketing major and a Spanish minor in 2010.

Nikki started her corporate career as a business development manager at Infinity Info Systems in June 2010. Since then, she has worked at Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Tealium, and mParticle in executive positions.

She has been the senior director of the strategic partnerships department of mParticle since June 2017. Nikki and Jay share a home in New York along with their little ones.

Jay Grew Up In New Jersey

Jay Williams parents are Althea Willaims and David Williams. He was born to them on September 10, 1981 in Plainfield, NJ.

The Williams couple welcomed and raised their future NBA son in New Jersey. Jay attended St. Joseph High School in Metuchen.

The ESPN analyst revealed in October 2022 that he grew up in a middle-class environment among his working parents.

Mom Althea Williams

Althea was a graduate of the Ohio State University. She worked as a guidance counselor and was pursuing her master's degree to become a principal of a school.

Her way of treating Jay with $2 for his every score motivated him to become good at the sport. Moreover, she had taken two to three jobs to afford training camp fees when Jason got drafted into NBA.

Jay often used to describe her as a strong and independent woman. Sadly, she recently passed at the age of 68 on March 30, 2023.

Dad David Williams

Jay's father David is also a graduate of the Ohio State University. The former NBA player described his papa to be quite hardworking.

David used to travel for work in New York City by train. The former Bulls player is very appreciative of his old man for his upbringing and credits him for whatever he has achieved to date.

Senior Willaims has often been suggestive of family life to Jay teaching him the values and guiding him through. He prefers to keep his personal life away from social media.
