John Crotty joined the Heat's television team as a studio analyst and commentator in November 2017. He replaced Tony Fiorentino for the position while the latter became the franchise's ambassador and Director for the summer basketball camp program.
Prior to joining the TV panel alongside Reid, John had been the Heat's radio analyst since 2005. He is a former NBA point guard who played in the league from 1991 to 2003.
Amy Audibert (TV and Radio commentator)
The newest member of the Heat broadcast team, Amy Audibert, joined the franchise as of the 2022-23 season. She served as a radio analyst alongside Jackson and swapped to the same position as Will Manso on TV to cover the pre-, half, and post-game shows.
She previously served as a courtside analyst and reporter for the Toronto Raptors on Sportsnet in the 2021-22 NBA season.
Moreover, her work experience includes working as a TV analyst for Toronto's G League affiliate Raptors 905. She was a regular contributor to Raptors radio broadcasts.
Amy also made history in 2021 by being a studio analyst for the first all-female NBA broadcast on TSN.
Ron Rothstein (TV and Radio commentator)
The veteran NBA coach, Ron Rothstein, is in the same position as Amy. The 2022-23 season was his ninth consecutive season on TV.
He also makes time for Heat Radio in certain circumstances. He coached the Heat from 1988 to 1991 and was an assistant coach from 2004 to 2014.
Ron also captained his 1963-64 varsity squad and graduated in 1964. He then earned a master’s degree from Hunter College.
Regarding his contributions to basketball, he has been inducted into the University of Rhode Island Athletic Hall of Fame in 1989. Meanwhile, he received the Ram Legend Award in 2010.
As of 2005, he has been inducted into the Miami Sports Hall of Champions and the Westchester County (NY) Sports Hall of Fame in 2010.
Joe Pujala (Spanish Radio commentator)
The recent NBA season was Joe Pujala's 22nd season as a member of the Miami Heat's Spanish radio broadcast team.
He continued his work of providing game analysis from the pre-game, halftime, and post-game. Since the season he joined, Joe has worked on nearly 2,000 games. According to his LinkedIn, he owns and has run Adhouse Advertising, Inc. since 2004.

Eric Reid (TV play-by-play announcer)
Eric Reid has been calling the Heat games on TV since the 1991-92 season. Before that, he spent two seasons as a commentator while the Heat began play in the 1988–89 season.
Hence, the Heat and Reid's bond goes back to the start. Reid completed calling the franchise's 2000 home games in 2016, making him one of a kind in the NBA media.
Reid is a 1979 graduate of Ithaca College in Communications. He has previously called games for NESN, WEAN Radio, and WHCU Radio in his lifetime.
Jason Jackson (Radio play-by-play announcer)
The 2022-23 season marked Jason Jackson's second reign as the Heat's radio announcer in the English language. Meanwhile, he has been with the franchise for the last 19 years.
According to his LinkedIn, he joined the Heat in October 2004 as a courtside reporter and TV host. Before that, he had been an anchor and radio host on ESPN from 1995 to 2002.

Jose Paneda (Spanish Radio play-by-play announcer)
Often called the original employee of the Heat, José Pañeda has been the announcer of the franchise' Spanish radio team since the 1990-1991 season.
He had replaced Sarvelio del Valle for the position as he was previously a commentator on the panel. He and Reid are the two veteran employees of the franchise.
Jose was born and raised in Miami while he attended Belen Jesuit Prep High School. He is a 1986 graduate of Florida International University.
Tommy Tighe (Radio Network Host)
The veteran radio broadcaster, Tommy Tighe, joined the Heat in 2009. He is seen co-hosting the pre-game, halftime, and post-game shows with his colleagues.
Apart from covering games, Tommy hosts the HEAT Weekly Show Saturday mornings during the basketball season. He previously worked for CBS Radio as a sportscaster from 1987 to 2009.
Alejandro Solana (Radio Network Host)
The former CBS Radio producer, Alejandro Solana, joined the Heat as the pre-game, halftime, and post-game radio host in the 2022-23 season.

Will Manso is a Heat studio host for road broadcasts. The 2023-23 season was his 9th year as a member of the Miami HEAT broadcast team.
He mainly serves as the Sports Director of WPLG, a position he acquired in March 1999. Will graduated from the University of Miami while he was born in Weehawken, New Jersey.

Kelly Saco
Kelly Saco is another new face on the Bally Sports Sun for the Heat. She only joined the Heat starting the latest season as a courtside reporter.
Prior to the Heat, she has been serving as the sideline reporter for MLB Miami Marlins broadcasts on Bally Sports Florida since 2018. Saco also hosts and produces the network’s magazine-style show Marlins Clubhouse.
Besides TV, she also serves as a color analyst on the Marlins Radio Network. Saco is bilingual but has been a Miami native all her life.
She graduated from S.I. Newhouse School of Public Communications at Syracuse University in 2012 with a Bachelor's degree in Broadcast Journalism. She also played varsity softball for her uni team.
Kelly has covered many University of Miami Hurricanes football, basketball, and baseball games in the past. She also makes time to fill in as a color commentator for select Miami Hurricanes' baseball games on the ACC Network.
Jeremy Tache
The latest person to join the Heat's broadcast team is Jeremy Tache from Weston. He joined the franchise as a host and reporter on Bally Sports Sun.
His LinkedIn confirms that he graduated from the University of Central Florida in 2017. Tache acquired his Bachelor's degree in Radio and Television.
