Throughout the basketball season, he also keeps up his participation in the Warriors Weekly Roundtable and postgame radio shows. Fitzgerald had previously been nominated for six Emmys in the category of 'Best On-Camera'.
In 2007 and 2014, he won the prize for Northern California's "Best On-Camera, Play-by-Play Sports." Furthermore, he also has more than 20 years of experience covering Olympic events on television.
Fitzgerald was the basketball play by play sportscaster for NBC Sports during the London 2012 Summer Olympics, where Team USA won gold.

American sportscaster Tom Tolbert joined the Warriors radio network as a color commentator in 2016. Tolbert was hired in 1996 to co-host The Razor and Mr. T, a radio talk program on the KNBR local sports radio station in San Francisco.
Apart from his broadcasting career, Tom is a former professional basketball player who spent seven seasons in the league playing for Charlotte Hornets, GSW, Orlando Magic, and LA Clippers.
In addition to working as a radio host in San Francisco, Tolbert also provided color commentary for NBC's NBA broadcasts. In 2002, he received an Emmy nomination for his commentary work on NBC. Tolbert then spent 2002–2007 working for ESPN.
He played college basketball under coach Lute Olson helping the team reach the 1988 Final Four. Playing at the University of Arizona he was a teammate of five-time NBA Champion Steve Kerr.
Jim Barnett works on KGMZ-FM's 95.7 The Game alongside play-by-play announcer Tim Roye. He works for NBC Sports Bay Area and covered the Warriors during the 1985–1986 NBA season as a television analyst.
