WNBA Most 3-pointers in a game in the regular season is 9 by Jewell Loyd and Kelsey Mitchell. Kristi Toliver also recorded nine 3s in a playoff game.
Scoring a three-pointer is the most exciting aspect of the game for many viewers. Watching a ball sink from the 3-point line is such a thrill.
As much as it is exciting, scoring a three is not the easiest part of basketball. It takes a lot of practice and hard work to master the art of shooting down 3s during a game at any level and these players are doing so in the highest level.
In addition to the skills and precision to sink in shots from long range, the players also have to continuously do so in a pressure situation, and this is not an easy feat to achieve.
WNBA 3 point percentage leader (career) is Jennifer Azzi. She has a 3P% of .4580 and is followed by Laurie Koehn who has a 3P% of .430.
The WNBA has witnessed many remarkable moments and records in its history and one of them is the all-time leader in the most 3-point field goals made.
