Asheville Tourists is the North Carolina Minor League Baseball team with a High A-class promoted in 2021. They play in the South Atlantic League which is played by both NC and SC.

Tourists have won the title four times tying with other four clubs like GreenJackets, Grasshoppers, Drive, and Sand Gnats. Before participating in the Atlantic League, they also played in the Carolina League in the 60s. 

At present, they are part of the Houston Astros since 2021. For nearly a century, they have changed 11 teams since its MLB affiliation. 

This team is managed by Nate Shaver and the team also includes players like Alex Santos, Logan Cerny, Ryan Clifford, and Jacob Melton.

Carolina Mudcats are Minor League Baseball teams North Carolina.  This is a single-A baseball team affiliated with the Milwaukee Brewer in 2017. 

The Mudcats achieved their last division title in 2008. They won the second-half division but lost the league to the Mississippi Braves 3-2.

 At present, they are playing the 2023 season where they are in the second position in the North division with 46 wins and 40 losses. 

Victor Estevez is managing the Mudcats also their current roster includes players like Patricio Aquino, Jose Chavez, Luke Adams, Jadher Areinamo, Jace AVina, and others.

Knights have an impressive history, they have achieved four league titles, seven division titles, four first-half titles, and two second-half titles. Their latest win was in 2012 when they won Southern Division Title. 

This North-Carolina-based team seems to be improving from their past season. However, they have 38 wins and 58 losses and are placed 10th in the league's East division. 

Star players like Sean Burke, Sebastian Rivero, Erik Gonzalez, and Clint Fraizer are on their 2023 roster thus the team is managed by Justin Jirschele.

Down East Wood Ducks are New Minor League Baseball Teams, and are becoming the top club in NC. They became league champions during their first year in the tournament. 

Wood Ducks were formed in 2017. It is the affiliate club of the Texas Rangers. This Single-A club plays their home games at the Grainger Stadium which holds over 4,100 people. 

Ducks were showered with success as they won Carolina League Title in 2017 and have already won one second-half title, two first-half titles, two division titles, and a league title since its inception. 

Currently, the team is managed by Carlos Maldonado and includes players like Brock Porter, Josh Gessner, Ian Moller, Cameron Cauley, and many others.

Durham Bulls is the minor league baseball team in North Carolina. The Bulls are triple-A certified baseball champions thus their latest league title is in 2022. 

Bulls are one of the most decorated baseball clubs, they have four class titles, 17 league titles, 23 division titles, and seven first-half titles. 

Durham's team has achieved 51 wins and 46 losses, they fell short of the division title and thus placed third in the tournament. Thus, the Bulls did not measure up to their 2022 performance where they won the Eastern Division title. 

The manager of the team is Michael Johns also MiLB players on the Bulls' roster include Trevor Brigden, Nicki Dini, Ruben Cardenas, Curtis Mead, Jose Lopez, and many more.

Fayetteville Woodpeckers are a MiLB team from NC. They are an affiliate of Huston Astros and classified as a single-A minor league team in 2022. 

Woodpeckers are one of the newer teams that have joined the League of North Carolina. Peckers currently play their home games in Segra Stadium but previously they joined hands with Jim Perry Stadium but the contract only lasted for a year. 

Fayetteville has already won one league title (Carolina League Championship 2018) and two other league titles. The team's current roster also looks promising which includes the likes of Dombroski, Guilfoil,  and Guedez.

Greensboro Grasshoppers are the 70s MiLB team from North Carolina. They play in the South Atlantic League and are classified as High-A in 2021.

Grasshoppers started playing professional games in the early 90s. They have been part of multiple MLB clubs like the Cardinals, Red Sox, Phillies, Cubs, Yankees, Reds, Marlins, and presently with Pittsburgh Pirates. 

Despite their illustrative history, they have only won four league titles and eight division titles. Currently, they play their home at the First National Bank Field since 2005.

Hickory Crawdads are the MiLB team playing in the South Atlantic League, they are affiliated with Texas Rangers since 2009. 

Crawdads performance has improved from their 2021 season where they placed 11th in the 12-team league. Likewise, the 2022 season brought some changes where they had 66 wins and 65 losses. 

Going into the 2023 season, they have achieved 44 wins and 40 losses placing them in the second position in the South League. This advanced-A team performed quite well in their home games at L.P. Frans Stadium.

Kannapolis Cannon Ballers is a MiLB team playing in the Carolina League. Ballers are in league with Chicago White Sox also they were previously affiliated with Philadelphia Phillies.

Cannon are the 2005 Carolina league title holders and 2017 division winners. They were promoted to the Single-A class in 2022 and after they were demoted to Low-A in 2021.

Kannapolis 2023 season showcases 46 wins and 44 losses placing them in the third position of the league's South division. The team has significantly improved since its past seasons. 

Baller's current roster includes players like Mason Adams, Jordan Sprinkle, Petyon Pallette, Noah Schultz, and others. These guys are managed by former MLB baseball coach of Detriot Tigers, Pat Leyland.

Winston Salem Dash is the Minor League team of NC. They are a high-A team backed by Chicago White Sox. Dash play in a South Division in the Atlantic League. 

Dash has a long history in the minor league, they have won a total of 14 league titles from 1911 to 2003. Winston was successful during the 90s era but they are unable to attain a similar level of triumph in the 2010s. 

Winston plays their home games in Gene Hooks Field at Wake Forest Baseball Park. Guillermo Quiroz is the present manager of Dash also their player roster includes Jonathan Cannon, Andrew Dalquist, Shawn Goosenberg, and Wes Kath.
